This practice primarily serves adults, with a focus on millennial men navigating anxiety, stress overload, burnout, relationship strain, and life transitions. Therapy is provided in person in Ohio and via telehealth in Florida, Indiana, Ohio, and Virginia; you must be located in the state(s) where Jake is licensed at the time of session.

What Happens After You Submit
You will be contacted to schedule a free 30-minute consultation call to confirm fit, clarify goals, and review scheduling and fees. If your needs require a higher level of care or a different specialty, you will be offered appropriate referral options.
