Hello, I’m Jake. There was a time when managing stress felt overwhelming for me. Whether it was pressures at work, navigating my romantic relationship, being a new dad, or maintaining other important connections, I often felt like I was on the verge of losing control. This constant stress left me exhausted, irritable, and disconnected from activities I once enjoyed. While outwardly I seemed to have it together, internally I was struggling with anxiety, always bracing for the next wave of tension.

When I first sought therapy, I didn’t feel an immediate impact. It was helpful to have someone to talk to, but I wasn’t seeing real changes in my everyday life. I went through multiple therapists before finding the right fit and started to learn how to identify my unconscious thoughts and beliefs and understood the power of making small, deliberate changes. Today, I use a blend of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, to integrate these strategies into daily routines. This approach empowers people to manage stress more effectively and lead more fulfilling lives, while improving their relationships.

Now, despite the demands of raising two young children and running my own business, I experience less stress than ever. Life’s challenges still arise, but I’ve developed the tools to face them head-on. My relationships—with my wife, children, family, and friends—are healthier and more positive than ever before.

Having personally experienced this transformation, I feel a deep responsibility to share what I’ve learned. It has been my privilege to help hundreds of millennial men discover their own paths to managing stress, achieving balance, and strengthening their relationships.
